About Us...
Betsy and Leah met when they were randomly assigned to each other as roommates during freshman year at Penn State. They became fast friends and realized that they both shared a passion for styling hair. During their sophomore year in college they explored this passion by styling hair for friends on their dorm floor. Soon word got out and they were doing hair for everything from sorority formals to first dates to bar tours. They continued to do hair throughout their time at Penn State.
After college, life took these best-friends in two different directions. Leah went on to live in the Washington, DC area and work as a Mathematical Statistician at the US Census Bureau and Betsy moved to Huntington, WV to attend medical school at Marshall University School of Medicine.
In a recent turn of events (by way of luck and careful planning), Betsy and Leah find themselves both living in the Pittsburgh area. They are overjoyed to be living in the same town again and have been inspired to rediscover their passion for styling hair. Thus, they founded Bridal Beauty in Motion.
